We assess the product manager's skills in all the other processes which round out the product manager's key roles in moving goods and services to profitability.

We measure their ability to assess licensing opportunities, goods or service enhancements, make recommendations for mergers and acquisitions or withdrawing the goods or services from the portfolio.

Includes Full spectrum understanding of phases of Product Life Cycle and merchandise Managers role in orchestrating them.
